For four action-packed days, the IFI Family Festival 2012 will capture the musical magic of the movies, investigate the science of filmmaking and take you on a trail of Irish animation. This exciting Festival programme is full of the best family films from all around the world with characters including a blue tiger from the Czech Republic, a flying piano, a little werewolf from the Netherlands, a Moon Man, and the Gruffalo’s child.
Alongside film screenings there is also a fantastic range of workshops, special events and a tailor-made Animation Trail allowing families to get behind the scenes and see how Ireland’s world-famous animation companies put it all together.
We are delighted to offer two family passes (2 adults, 2 children – worth €15 each) to our opening night package: an interactive music session, The Sound of Film Music followed by a film double bill for those aged 6+ (The Magic Piano & The Missing Key) on Thursday July 5th at 5.30pm. Simply answer the question below and submit your name and email to be within a change to win!
Competition closes midnight Sunday 1st July. The winners will be notified by email and announced on Monday July 2nd. Those who do not win will not be contacted.
