This highly original and imaginative horror picture from director Michael Mann (Heat, Collateral) is set during World War 2 and sees a group of German soldiers unwittingly unleash an evil more awful than the Nazis when they invade a mausoleum buried in the Carpathian Alps of Romania. The Keep has creepy, atmospheric visuals, a strong cast (including Jurgen Prochnow, Scott Glenn and Gabriel Byrne) and a terrific score by Tangerine Dream.
