A charming and topical tale set on a remote Scottish island on which four asylum seekers reside, waiting for the authorities to decide their fate.

Syrian Omar is a talented musician and keeps replaying old concerts to remind himself of home. The other men have varying stories; together they share a dilapidated house and try to pass their days in a place more akin to tourism posters.

Witty, evocative and moving in places, the men forge an alliance, while locals respond in different ways to the newcomers.

Please note: the screening on Wednesday 28th will be Open Captioned.
