THE CRITICAL TAKE (FREE FILM CLUB – JUNE 2014)

The Critical Take is a free event that takes place at the end of every month when a panel of three invited speakers initiate an open discussion about three films from the IFI programme.

Join in the debate on Wednesday, June 25th to give your reckoning on Jimmy’s Hall, the new film from outstanding director Ken Loach; Welsh newcomer Jamie Adams’ hilarious road movie, Benny & Jolene; and French director Bruno Dumont’s astonishing Camille Claudel 1915.

Joining us on our panel this month is Prof. Chris Morash, MRIA (Seamus Heaney Professor of Irish Writing, School of English), Vanessa Gildea (Director & Producer) and Kevin Coyne (IFI Cinema Programmer).

This event is open to all to attend and take part. Simply collect your FREE ticket at the IFI Box Office.
