The Irish Schools Video Competition is run as part of the Fresh Film Festival in Limerick each April. It welcomes entries from schools and other school-going individuals or groups working in the medium of video. Entries can be in any genre – fiction, documentary, animation etc and of not more than 30 min. duration.
The showcase at the Irish Film Centre will provide an opportunity to view a selection of entries and winners from previous years. Following the screenings, some of the filmmakers will be present to discuss their projects. Admission to this event is free. Booking is essential through fiieducation as places are limited.
