Poetry Celebration, a workshop for 5th/6th year students, will follow a screening of Il Postino and will use the film and poems by Pablo Neruda as a starting point for discussion. Participants will have the opportunity to read and respond to selected poems from the Leaving Cert syllabus as well as compose a poem during the workshop.
Venue: IFI Meeting Room 9 March 2 – 4 pm. Cost: €7.50 per student to cover screening & workshop. (Maximum number: 30)
