Weiser
Directed by Wojciech Marczewski, and inspired by a story written by Pawel Huelle (an audience with this distinguished writer will follow the screening), Weiser begins in the summer of 1967 when a group of children, Pawel, Piotr, Szymon and Elka, meet a fascinating boy, David Weiser, who discloses to them a world of magic and mysticism. Unfortunately, the children’s innocent plays lead to a tragic end. Thirty years after the still unexplained event, the adult Pawel tries to answer a question which has persisted throughout his life: Who was David Weiser?

The event is proudly supported by the Embassy of Poland in Dublin and the Pomeranian Film Foundation.
