Working part-time in an undertakers, and listening repeatedly to Kurt Cobain, Charleen focuses on the darker side of life. Her mother thinks her daughter is depressed but, in fact, all she wants is some peace, so she decides to end it all. Waking up in the hospital, she realises that she can change her life for the better. With sharp dialogue and terrific performances, this is a comedy that deals with teen suicide. Through its highly engaging character, it explores issues of growing up, falling in love and finding meaning in life.
