To mark the release of Boxing Day, December 21st – 27th, there will be screenings of the previous instalments of director Bernard Rose’s ‘Tolstoy Trilogy’.

In the superb Ivansxtc., an adaptation of The Death of Ivan Ilyich, Ivan (Danny Huston) is a ruthless Hollywood agent whose life is reviewed in flashback from his funeral, a life of indulgence leading to inevitable regret and denial following the diagnosis of lung cancer.

Bernard Rose’s ‘The Kreutzer Sonata will screen at 14.00 on December 23rd.
